This was a great experience! Shirish was amazing at pick-up. Incredibly helpful and attentive. Shawna was great at drop-off and helped make sure we got our deposit back. Thanks for an easy rental!

Everything was perfect. Easy pickup and drop off and car was clean and drive seamlessly. Price was an extra bonus considering how expensive rentals can be.

I had to cut my trip short 2 days, but I did not get and refund. I was charged the full amount

The people at the rental location were so helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful.

We had to make a change in the itinerary and we returned the car 40 hours earlier than initially planned. I expected a refunded for one day rental. They never mentioned that there is no refund for earlier return.

A very clear warning that booking via Kayak on the American Website would reduce insurance rights as opposed to booking on apparently the same site in UK

I had to pay about 140 euros separately, because despite taking out additional insurance, I had to leave an extra guarantee of 2,000 euros. Bad information. I never rent through the website again and my recommendations towards your service will be very bad.

Friendly and helpful staff at Avis - had to speak direct to Avis as Priceline were difficult to contact

Easirent does not have a kiosk at the airport and requires you to call them for a car pickup, which is difficult if you don’t have an Irish phone number (SIM cards aren’t available for sale at the Irish airport).The location of the actual car pick-up, once you get there, is less than desirable. The booking site also doesn’t state that you’re almost required to buy additional insurance when you buy the car AND you have to vacuum out the car yourself before returning it. Stick with a bigger name rental company, you’ll thank yourself later.

They didn't have the car I wanted when I showed up. No other options at the time. No communication between Kayak and the company. Ended up getting screwed by having to rent last min during the holidays.

On return - after a short rental I was fully charged the excess for 1 item that there was no way I would have checked when assessing damage the black wall above the wheel was missing - I would never have thought to look there and 100% certain it did not fall off when I was driving. I feel it is a scam and a rip off. Will never rent from them again and will not recommend them to anyone I know.

Beware, they will try every way possible to pressure you to take their CDW. Currently this involves requiring you to have written documents showing you have coverage (typically most credit cards provide this). Even then they have hidden this requirement in small print and if you have booked via a reseller like kayak, then it is further hidden via a very small link. Oh, they will pre-authorize your credit card or bank card for 5000 euros per rental. Yes, you read that correctly. 5000 euros. Customer service is grumpy and says it’s the customers issue or th “system” issue. Go elsewhere. Preferable not Ireland. Sorry.

Arrived at desk and told insurance not included also that the extra hire insurance I had bought from AIG wouldn’t cover me either. The price then went up To include insurance over 100 extra. Also advise never to book on an American website. Be very aware. Buying on these sites and the insurance coverage. Won’t be using this site or dollar again.
