>> so declares bankruptcy in the u.s. promises people with money at the bank will get to keep their deposit funds even in the bank they chose mismanagement itself and failed. this is how he put it this week in the wall street journal some observers feared the decision to disregard the guaranteed many as an invitation to pair responsibility. so, how do you deter banks from taking irresponsible risks to increase profits and bonuses in the future? >> first he is right which is once you have relaxed on 50000 limits for this bank you and relaxant for future bricks otherwise you're going to be accused of favoring the rich, favoring the tech industry. once they have done it, that's the reality.

>> will meet point most of cox including mr. public's are. but when you look at the polling that shows you now have four intent americans who say they do not want to have this kind of level of aid into ukraine at this point. it doesn't show this is where the republican base is moving. it does suggest there could be a dramatic shift in the republican party at this point in the foreign policy arena. >> i think i agree. republican support for ukraine has gone down over the last few months. if you look really deep into the polling you can see republicans almost 63% believed a fresh approach it went out seriously impact u.s. national security interests. so what does that tell me? that tells me republicans are still very interested in ukraine and they want to see ukraine when.
