Go through the alley on the left and head toward the Pawn Shop. Before heading inside, pickpocket a few people until you have $300. Go inside the Pawn Shop and talk to the Collector to give him the $300 to get your stuff back.
Go back through the alley to the Bean Spirit on the right. Once inside, talk to Esme to progress the story. Leave the Bean Spirit and go up across the street to the fruit vendor to find Banana (Sticky Fingers Revisited 1/5)

Go back across the street and to the left some. If Sammy isn't there yet, wait at the trash can on the corner by the Big Steal Thrift Store to spy on Sammy. Spy on him once he's there and follow him around like you did with Murray before. Get all of these journal entries:

Go back to the Alley by the Used Car lot (where Jimmy Shoelace was before) and you’ll find the cheese girl by the pillar this time.

Go down and enter De Lancie’s. Talk to Vic for another challenge: 1800. This will be your last opportunity to play The Rad Skater, so if you didn't get the 3 achievements mentioned earlier, now is your last chance to get them without starting a new game. To get all 3 of them, get a score over 15,000. Play the game and beat his score, then talk to him again. (The Skater 4/4)

Go to the left and pick up the Candles. (Collector Item 17/25)
Exit and head up the sidewalk. Just past the phone is a tuft of grass, in it you will find a Garbage Birthday Cake. (Collector Item 18/25)
(You may have picked this item up while spying on Sammy since it's so close to the trash can you had to use to listen in on him.)
Enter Bean Spirit. On the right side, interact with the coffee on the table. Grab the Medal while she’s in the bathroom. Then grab the Foil Balloon (Collector Item 19/25) to the right.
Exit the shop.
Further up the sidewalk is a kid outside Videoville; pickpocket him for a Birthday Card (Collector Item 20/25)
Enter Videoville and go behind the pillar to find Crazed and Bemused. (Film Buff 6/7)
Exit the store and go up across the street and enter the Theater. Interact with the ticket box (stating you’re the 100,00th customer) to get the following achievement. (Film Buff 7/7)

While in here, on the poster to the right, you can find SPACE. (Sticky Fingers Revisited 3/5)
Exit and go right. You should see Esme in the alley before getting to une Jolie Femme.
After talking to her, enter une Jolie Femme.Talk to the purple girl. (Periwinkle Takeover 3/4)
While in here, you can also find La Jolie Pricetag (Sticky Fingers Revisited 4/5) on the right.
Now, interact with the fire alarm by the door (using 
). Grab some clothes off the back wall and exit.
Go right and follow the road up to the Bean Spirit. Go inside and talk to the yellow guy on the right. Ask about Josie again. (The Lover 3/5)
Leave Bean Spirit. Just outside the fence is the father and child. Go spy on them then confront the dad. This will make Big Daddy appear, who you will go visit shortly.
Now, go down and across the street to the alley. In the hedges just to the right of the bench, you should be able to slip past and get into the gated yard on the side of the building.
Walk as far up as you can, then as far left as you can, then come down around the building to find Disco Broccoli. Interact with him a lot (like 5-6 times) until you put him in your fanny pack.
Go back to the alley and enter the white building you just ran around. On the left side you’ll find Column Seal of Approval (Sticky Fingers Revisited 5/5)

Interact with the pink bag on the right, use code 6-8-2.
Leave and go to the Heart Statue. There should be a blue girl in a green sweater standing there waiting for her boyfriend. Talk to her and tell her he’s at the Bean Spirit Behind the Casino. (The Lover 4/5)
Go back to the street on the right and head down to find Big Daddy at the side of the Wedding Chapel. Talk to him twice to give him Disco Broccoli. (Kids in a Trench Coat 4/6)
The last thing to do before finishing the storyline here is to visit the Collector at the Pawn Shop across the street. Talk to him twice to turn in your themed items.
Head up to the Eiffel Tower and run behind it, flanking the golden building, into the shrubs.
Open your fanny pack with 
and find the Fancy Suit. Use 
to put it on. Talk to Esme.
When you’re ready, approach the door and use code 5-5-8-3, ENTER. Go inside. Write in your journal when prompted.
