I loved drinking the whipped Dalgona Coffee, I loved the keto dalgona coffeeand I loved the whipped hot chocolate and whipped strawberry milk that we have recently made and shared. However when making them I thought to myself how amazing would creamy chocolate be in a cup of hot coffee. I put the 2 together and I am pretty sure I have found my newest favorite coffee drink.

What is Whipped Coffee?

Whipped coffee is a normally a combination of granulated sugar, instant coffee and water mixed together to form a thick cream and then used to top hot milk or iced milk. However for this Mocha Dalgona Coffee you will be using regular brewed coffee and topping the coffee with homemade whipped hot chocolate.

Hot Milk or Cold milk?

When you are making this coffee drink you can use hot milk or cold milk depending on your preference. If you are wanting an iced whipped Mocha coffee use cold milk and ice cubes.

If you are wanting a hot whipped coffee then heat the milk in the microwave for 30-45 seconds to warm it up before putting the whipped coffee on top.

Best way to Whip for Whipped Coffee Drinks

I personally prefer to use a hand mixer, however you can also use a stand mixer, a whisk, a hand frother or by hand with a fork or spoon. Some of them will take a bit longer to get everything whipped together the way you want it.

Personally I would opt for using a whisk over a fork or spoon because that will take about 20 minutes of whipping and that would be a long time and your arm would be rather sore after the fact.

If you are making an iced whipped mocha coffee then put ice in a glass and pour the coffee over the ice.
